Purpose Counseling and Consulting, LLC – Service Update

At Purpose Counseling and Consulting, LLC, our mission has always been to support mental wellness with purpose and compassion. While we previously offered private practice therapy services, we have recently transitioned to focusing exclusively on mental health workshops, events, and community-based programming.

This shift comes as our founder has joined another private practice, allowing us to expand our reach through engaging, educational, and impactful group experiences.

We remain committed to empowering our community with tools for emotional wellness.

While resolutions can be motivating, it's important to remember that mental health is a journey, not a destination. Progress may look different for each of us, and that’s okay. Be kind to yourself, celebrate small victories, and embrace growth at your own pace.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, remember that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whether you’re setting new goals or simply trying to navigate the challenges ahead, know that you don’t have to do it alone.
