Important Communication Update from Optimal Healthcare!!!

We are no longer monitoring our previous texting system. We are excited to now be using Klara to communicate with our patients!

Our new texting number is: 256-422-0966

Our phone system will also be updated. This will allow you to leave a voicemail that is automatically converted to a text and sent directly to the appropriate team member through the Klara system, helping us respond more efficiently.

There is also a Klara patient app available that can make communication even easier, but you can still text us directly from your phone just like normal.

We’re excited about this upgrade and believe it will help us communicate with you faster and more effectively!

We are looking for a highly motivated LPN or RN to join our growing team. Responsibilities include patient triage, lab callbacks, prior authorizations, IV starts, and other clinical duties.

We are a busy but fun office with a strong team environment. Pay is based on license and experience.

I want to personally thank each of you for your continued trust, loyalty, and support in Optimal Healthcare!

As many of you know, we are/ were currently transitioning to a new electronic medical record (EMR) system. While this upgrade would ultimately improve efficiency, communication, and your overall experience with our office, the transition has come with a few unexpected challenges behind the scenes.

During this adjustment period, there may be temporary delays with prescriptions, lab results, referrals, prior authorizations, and other routine processes. Please know this is not taken lightly. Our entire team is working diligently, often behind the scenes, to ensure every patient receives thorough, attentive, and timely care.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause. Your time, your health, and your trust are incredibly important to us at Optimal.

If you have an urgent need, please call our office directly so we can prioritize your concern. Otherwise, we deeply appreciate your patience and grace as we work through this transition. Please continue to also text the optimal text number for questions. We will not be using Healow app at this time. The messages aren’t coming through if you are using it.

Important Weather Update

Due to the large amount of rain we are receiving and temperatures dropping below freezing tonight, Optimal Healthcare and Tennessee Valley Occupational Health will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026. As of now we plan to be open Tuesday 01/27. If anything changes we will let you know.

If you are scheduled for that day, our team will be reaching out to you to get your appointment rescheduled.

Your safety and the safety of our staff comes first. Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe and warm.
