Optimal Healthcare Holiday Office Hours 2025!

As the holidays approach, we want to make sure you’re taken care of! Please call our office as soon as possible if you need anything or have medication refill requests.

Early Closure:

• December 23rd – closing at 12:00 PM
• December 31st – closing at 12:00 PM

Office Closed:

• December 24th – December 28th
• January 1st – January 4th

I’m so excited to officially welcome Katelyn Davis, FNP to Optimal Healthcare!

Katelyn has completed clinical rotations with me multiple times, so many of you may already recognize her around the clinic. She is absolutely amazing, and I have no doubt our patients are going to love her just as much as we do.

Katelyn will be joining our team in the new year. She will be training alongside me for the first few months, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated as her schedule opens.

She is a University of North Alabama graduate and brings four years of critical care nursing experience as she steps into primary care. She is passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships and believes the best care comes from working together with patients as a team.

Originally from Jackson, Tennessee, Katelyn now proudly calls Florence, Alabama home and has developed a deep love for our community. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Austin, and getting lost in a good book.

I’m so proud of her and couldn’t think of anyone better to help serve our patients.

Emily is no longer with our practice. We will miss her. We wish her the very best in her future endeavors.

Please be patient as Amberly will be personally reviewing all labs, imaging, refill requests, and upcoming patient visits to ensure nothing is missed. Don’t worry. OHC will have everything covered.

OHC will also be extending hours to make sure all of our patients are seen in a timely manner. Please follow our social media for updates and details.

Our team will be contacting patients to see if they would like to move up their appointments time as availability opens.

🎉💙 Triple the celebration for our girl Olivia! 💍🎂👩‍⚕️

Our sweet Olivia has had one incredible month! She passed her boards and officially became a Registered Nurse (RN) 🙌, celebrated her birthday 🎈, and is now heading into the weekend to say “I do!” 💒

We are so unbelievably proud of you, Olivia — for your hard work, your heart for patients, and the joy you bring to our team every single day. Watching you grow from an LPN to RN has been nothing short of inspiring. 💪✨
