Hello dear friends and yoga community! Dreams really can come true! Imagine yourself in the sacred valley of Peru at the Munay Sonqo resort--meaning 'Love from the ancient forest'. The retreat yoga shala has a glass ceiling to create inspiration and wonder. We land in Cusco, and head to the resort, where we start with a Despacho & grounding ceremony to change to Peru time. The venue has hot and cold salt pools for soaking and we will have practice at twice a day, with the option for more if needed. We will have a ceremonial sweat lodge and a full spa is available to you, as well as gormet cooked meals 3x a day. We will be getting our minds, bodies, heart and lungs stretched out for our grande finale--the hike to Machu Picchu!!! All hotels and entrance fees are covered in the price of the retreat. Other activities include: mid-week hike, a give-back project of planting trees, a trip to market with a three course meal at a local farm and being away from your life with a like minded tribe!
