Your mind doesn’t need constant improvement or perfection — it needs space, gentleness, and intentional care.

Ways to nourish your mind this week:
• Notice your inner voice and soften its tone
• Take mindful breaks instead of powering through
• Practice 5 quiet minutes of stillness each day
• Limit the intake of information that overwhelms you
