Important infomation! Please read!

As our current patients know as of October 2022 we have moved our practice to 2908 Mall Road Florence, AL 35630. Gray Family Medicine is now partnered with MED PLUS Florence and is able to accept most insurances, except Medicaid. Please call ahead and confirm we accept your insurance.
We have several new changes, as listed below!
Our business hours have changed, Med Plus is open from 7am-7pm 7 days a week. Although, I am NOT there at all times and if you wish to see me as your provider please call and check my specific hours.
Please call us at our new phone number, 256-767-2702.
Our fax number has changed as well and is 256-718-6047.

With this move, we can now offer many new services to serve you and our community the best we can.

Gray Family Medicine would like to wish everyone a Happy Labor Day. We are enjoying this day with our friends and family and wish the same for you. We will open tomorrow at 8:00am.

Gray Family Medicine is excited to announce we are now able to offer DOT physicals! The cost for a DOT physical is $85.
We are open Monday-Thursday 8-5, Closed on Fridays.

We look forward to assisting you with all of your healthcare needs.

Gray Family Medicine will close at Noon on Thursday 5/12/2022 so our staff can attend graduation ceremonies. Congratulations Breanna Gray and Lillie Dobbins!

We will reopen on Monday 5/16/2022 at 8am as scheduled.
