✨ Sunday’s Team Member Spotlight ✨

Hi! 👋

My name is Tom and I am a member of the Life Enrichment team. More specifically, I manage all transportation services!

I retired in 2023 after working as a Data Maintenance Specialist for US Playing Cards. Prior to that I worked for Hennegan Printing (now known as RR Donnelley) in Florence for 31 years. I live in Burlington with my wife, Susan, of 46 years and we have 2 children and 5 grandchildren, plus our two adopted dogs, Angel and Kocoa.

Interacting with senior residents has become natural after taking care of my in-laws for several years. When I am not driving for Legacy, I enjoy working around the house, working out and playing pickleball. I also enjoy fishing and golf when time allows. I enjoy keeping the bus and van up to date with maintenance and appearance, along with driving our residents to their appointments and outings. You can also find me helping out in the pub for happy hour and even helping with maintance tasks around the community.

☀️ Tom makes every resident, family member, and team member feel special with his kindness and generosity! Whether he is helping pressure wash or driving our residents to an outing, he shares his smile and love with everyone he meets. Our community is a better place with Tom as part of our team!

‼️ Did we mention that Tom and his wife used to be black belt instructors?! You can’t get much cooler than that!

✨ Tonight we assisted in hosting a dinner for the Town Home residents! The laughter was contagious and the food was AMAZING 🤩. It was such a fun night and we can't wait to do it again!
