Hi, I’m Marijo Vollmar, founder of the Empowered Living Wellness Center in Old Town Florence. Many of you know me as a physical therapist—and I’ve taken a new direction that goes beyond rehab and into something more lasting and life-giving.

Learn the basics (and some advanced) website building skills with workflow for artists and creatives. This hands on series will cover workflows, basic website building skills, branding. Some advanced level topics and skills included depending on cohort.

This workshop is based on her debut poetry collection CRAVING, which celebrates themes of embodied empowerment and self-expression. Marijo Vollmar is the founder of the Empowered Living Wellness Center and the author of the poetry book 28. This collection of 28 poems is also a workbook and includes a prompt after each piece, encouraging the reader to create something that speaks to them (a journal entry, after poem, drawing, whatever medium the reader chooses). She will host a creative writing session based on some of the prompts in this book. Details for this worshop in the graphic. Please RSVP to hold your space. No writing experience needed to join.
