One year ago today, I took a leap of faith and opened the doors to this business. What a journey it has been.

This year has stretched me in ways I never imagined. There were moments of doubt, sleepless nights, and challenges that felt overwhelming. But through every trial, I've grown—not just as a business owner, but as a person. Each obstacle became an opportunity to trust deeper, work harder, and lean into my purpose.

I have been working behind the scenes with a few special ladies before opening this up to the public but you can now choose this service when booking online!

Here is a brief description of this service:

Prenatal Massage

Therapeutic bodywork specifically designed for expecting mothers, using gentle to medium pressure and modified techniques tailored to each trimester's unique needs.

What to Expect:
Your licensed massage therapist will use specially designed cushions to ensure your comfort and safety, focusing on areas that commonly experience tension during pregnancy including the lower back, hips, legs, and shoulders.

Benefits:
• Reduces back pain, leg cramps, sciatica, and joint pressure • Relieves round ligament pain in the lower abdomen and groin • Improves circulation and reduces swelling • Promotes better sleep • Reduces stress and anxiety • Eases muscle tension from postural changes • Helps prepare the body for labor

Every session is tailored to address your body's unique challenges—whether that's relieving headaches, reducing muscle soreness, improving mobility, or helping you recover from an injury.

New Pricing: Effective October 7th! Only $5 increase.

Please note: This is the only category of massage services that will see a price increase. All other services remain at their current rates.
