Sanctuary’s Vibes✨

I wanted to touch on what “healing” truly means here at our center. There are many different ways to heal..

You are the biggest catalyst of healing in your own life. When we talk about transformative bodywork, when we talk about raising our vibrations, when we talk about omitting the build up of clutter in our cells: the most important component is your intention of receptivity to those modalities. Which can be a process!

None of our services are a one-stop, magic bean, one-time-cure-all; though most people do experience at least some amount of relief often after only one session. Time, care, readiness, investment, and receptiveness in what is right for you is what will help you achieve long term, lasting healing.

We are not advertising bandaid solutions over here.

Healing is not linear, unfortunately. But the journey does make it all the more beautiful.🪽✨
