Pumpkin SiseLEAN™ Cinnamon Rolls 🎃
Cozy up with the perfect fall treat — soft, fluffy pumpkin cinnamon rolls made with a boost of Vanilla SiseLEAN™ for extra protein and flavor!
Here’s how to make them:
1️⃣ Dissolve 1 tbsp yeast in ¼ cup warm water and let sit 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Add ¾ cup warm milk, ¼ cup lard (melted in milk), 1 beaten egg, ¼ cup sugar, 1 cup pumpkin purée, 1 tsp salt, 1 scoop Vanilla SiseLEAN™, and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
3️⃣ Mix, then add ~4 cups bread flour until dough is firm enough to knead. Let rise 20–30 minutes.
4️⃣ Knead, divide in half, and roll into rectangles. Spread with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar, roll up, slice, and place in a pan with maple syrup at the bottom.
5️⃣ Let rise another 15–20 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
🍯 Cream Cheese Icing:
Blend 8 oz cream cheese, ¼ cup butter, 1 tsp vanilla, and ¼ cup honey (or 1 cup powdered sugar) until smooth.
Spread over warm rolls and serve with your favorite SiselKAFFÉ beverage for the ultimate fall moment.
