Peak Performance is an independently owned outpatient physical therapy practice started in 2005 by William Hale and David Sweatt. The vision of Peak Performance is to provide the best clinical care for the region's clients, within a professional, positive, and caring environment. Since 2005, Peak Performance has expanded to include 2 clinics with a clinical staff comprised of 6 physical therapists, 2 physical therapy assistants, and 2 athletic trainers.

Peak Performance is so thankful for our incredible athletic trainers โ€” Cody Partin, Steven Sewell, Deborah Arnold, and Bryan Hill โ€” for the GREAT service they provide to our area schools and athletes!

They work day and night with athletes of all sports, giving coaches and parents peace of mind knowing a highly trained, skilled, and certified professional is looking out for their athleteโ€™s safety and helping prevent injury.

They play a vital role every single day. They can also help you get an appointment scheduled with a Physician or a Peak Physical Therapist to keep you moving forward.

Weโ€™re so proud of our team! This kind message from Lorri says it all. Thank you for choosing Peak โ€” weโ€™re celebrating right along with you!

When I first came to Peak Performance after my broken ankle and developing CRPS, I truly believed I might never walk normally again.

Thanks to Logan and Bonnieโ€™s expertise, patience, and encouragement, I went from barely trusting my foot to walking, jumping, and balancing on my CRPS foot. What once felt impossible is now possible.

Beyond Logan and Bonnie, every single person at Peak Performance made a difference โ€” from the PTs and PTAs who constantly encouraged me, to the friendly, supportive ladies at the front desk who always made me feel welcome.

I am beyond grateful for this entire team and the care they provide. Peak Performance truly lives up to its name.
