Peak Performance is an independently owned outpatient physical therapy practice started in 2005 by William Hale and David Sweatt. The vision of Peak Performance is to provide the best clinical care for the region's clients, within a professional, positive, and caring environment. Since 2005, Peak Performance has expanded to include 2 clinics with a clinical staff comprised of 6 physical therapists, 2 physical therapy assistants, and 2 athletic trainers.

Emma Armstrong, UNA soccer player, just wrapped up her physical therapy this week — and she absolutely crushed it! From start to finish, Emma brought determination, consistency, and heart as she worked with Maria and Mason to recover from her knee injury.

This video is a knee rehab drill that challenges reaction time, confidence with explosive movements, decision-making, on-field awareness, and visual processing. And Emma mastered it!

We are so proud of all the hard work she put into her recovery, and we’re grateful she chose Peak for her care!
