Exciting things in health and wellness!

We want to highlight one of our great new members. If you haven’t seen her around the gym, you probably will. She has a heart for fitness and has an incredible story! She will be doing some filming during her workouts and we will be collaborating with her. She’s an instagram influencer with a large footprint! She may even ask you to make an appearance! You may see some new faces around The Fitness Plex over the next couple of months. We are so excited to have Florence High School’s Transition Class helping us out while gaining workplace skills and making friendships. We will share more about the class over the next weeks, but in the meantime, be sure to tell them “Hi” when you see them here!
