May is CIDP/GBS Awareness Month

At Vital Care of Northwest Alabama, we’re proud to stand with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals raising awareness for Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) and Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS).

These rare neurological disorders affect the nerves and can cause weakness, numbness, and even paralysis. Early diagnosis and access to treatments—like IVIG therapy—can make a life-changing difference.
