We know that many families are being impacted by SNAP benefits not being provided this month. While we wish we could fill all of your pantries, what we can offer is a moment of care for you.

✨ East + West Wellness is offering free Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations to single mothers during this time.

Our hope is that this small act of support brings a sense of peace, balance, and steadiness — for you and for your children — in the midst of uncertainty.

You do so much to hold it all together. Let us help you refill your own cup.

💛 In addition, we’ll be collecting non-perishable food items at Shoals Bodywork to help support local families who may need a little extra this month. If you’d like to donate, please drop items off anytime during business hours — every bit helps.
