🌿 To the single mothers in our community — we see you.

We know that many families are being impacted by SNAP benefits not being provided this month. While we wish we could fill all of your pantries, what we can offer is a moment of care for you.

✨ East + West Wellness is offering free Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations to single mothers during this time.

Our hope is that this small act of support brings a sense of peace, balance, and steadiness — for you and for your children — in the midst of uncertainty.

You do so much to hold it all together. Let us help you refill your own cup.
