Blossom Blossom is an energy healing practice using Accunect, Reiki and Earth Energy to increase wellness, r Many clients feel relaxed during a healing session.

What to Expect:
Clients are invited to relax on a massage table fully clothed while Julie assesses the body and discusses current challenges. Depending on the client’s wishes, Reiki, Accunect and Earth Energy can be combined and will be utilized to balance the mind, body and spirit. Often, a warm sensation radiating from Julie’s hands or a tingling is felt. Most clients experience a reduction of pain within the body with lasting effects. At the end of a session, clients feel a reduction in pain levels, rejuvenated, relaxed and centered.

As you are wrapping up 2025, I encourage you not to rush through it. Take time to celebrate your wins, make note of what worked, what you have outgrown and what you want more of in 2026.

Pour yourself a cup of tea. Light a candle. Settle into a quiet space. And let your pen move freely across the page. There are no right or wrong answers here—just you, your truth, and the wisdom you've earned through every challenge, every disappointment, every moment of choosing yourself.
✨ What have I outgrown due to my soul's evolution?
✨ Which patterns have I lovingly let go of this year?
✨ What new parts of myself have emerged—stronger, softer, or more balanced—through release and growth?
✨ Is there anyone I want to forgive, including myself, before the new year?

A Ritual for Tonight's Super Full Moon

Tonight's Super Full Moon on December 4th offers a powerful time to let go.
Let's create healing with ritual. I have completed this with my daughters to release ancestral patterns, and we all felt the shift. We gathered loved one's items we cherish and added them to our table to signify healing our lineage.

You can do it to release 2025 patterns and feel lighter.

I invite you to try it for yourself tonight.
What You'll Need:
Bay leaves
A white candle
Matches or a lighter
A fireproof dish or cup of water
Your journal

The Ritual:
Light your white candle and sit quietly for a moment. Take a few deep breaths. Ground yourself in this sacred pause.

Journal freely: Write down everything you're releasing—heavy emotions, old patterns, regrets, disappointments, the weight of 2025. Let it flow onto the page without judgment.

Summarize your release into one word or a short phrase. What is the core of what you're letting go?

Write it on a bay leaf. Hold the leaf in your hands and feel the weight of what it represents. Then, safely burn it over your candle. As it burns, visualize the pattern, the pain, the struggle leaving your body, your mind, your spirit. Watch it transform into smoke and rise away from you.

Drop the burned leaf into water to extinguish it fully. The fire transforms it. The water cleanses it. It is done.

Let the white candle burn for 1-3 hours, purifying your space and sealing your release.

Release it with love. Release it with grace. Make space for the wild, free spirit waiting to emerge. If you can't do it tonight, I've been taught you have a three day window when the moon is most powerful.

This is my favorite story right now.
A professor was carrying a coffee cup into class and got bumped. When he asked his students what spilled out of his cup, they looked around thinking there must be a catch. Finally, the professor said, "coffee, because that was what was in the cup."

When life bumps you—and it will—what spills out? Whatever is inside.

Do you respond with kindness, grace, and compassion? Or does anger, frustration, and criticism pour out instead?

How you respond when life gets messy reveals what's truly inside you. It's not about the bump—the difficult conversation, the unexpected setback, the person who cuts you off in traffic. It's about what you've been filling yourself with all along.

If you want more peace to spill out when you're tested, you have to fill your cup with peace. If you want compassion to flow naturally, you need to cultivate it within yourself first. This is why the inner work matters so much.

What you practice in the quiet moments is what shows up in the hard ones.

When I was in meditation I was shown the Work Your Light oracle deck my Rebecca Campbell. I felt as if there was a rose inside me open more and more in a perpetual state of blooming. It was gentle and beautiful. I heard, “look up the Unfolding - Rose” so I did.

I wanted to share it with you because perhaps it’s what you need to hear right now too. “Being human is a courageous act. Wherever you find yourself at the moment, life is coaxing you to keep your heart open. To continually unfold. To let life crack you open.”

And if you feel cracked open, I invite you to “go gently. To treat yourself like a tender, sweet baby. To wrap yourself in a blanket and trust that the Mother has you cradled in her arms. …you are safe and held. One day, not too far from today, you will look back at the transformation and be blown away by the poetry of life. Everything is going to be OK.”

I know, gratitude is all the buzz—why though? Because it's one of the most powerful tools we have for transformation. Gratitude isn't just about feeling good in the moment; it's a gateway to manifesting more of what you want in your life. When you're truly grateful for something, you're sending a clear signal to the Universe asking for more of it.

Here's the thing: when we're ungrateful and can't find what's going right, we end up ordering more of the same negativity. Where our attention goes, our energy flows—and that energy creates more of whatever we're focused on. It's not about toxic positivity or ignoring what's hard. It's about intentionally shifting your focus to what's working, even in small ways.

Try this simple practice: when you feel genuinely grateful for something, say these words—"Thank you! Send more!" It's a powerful way to anchor that feeling and invite more blessings into your life. Maybe you start with something as simple as "I'm grateful for the ability to be grateful." It sounds circular, but it works.

Can't hear your intuition? You're not alone. When burnout takes over and mental fog clouds our minds, that inner whisper gets drowned out.

Your intuition has a battery that needs charging—and it develops with practice. Here are some simple ways to reconnect: create space by cutting one thing from your schedule (I know we think we have to do it all, but I promise, giving yourself space will help you so much.), put your phone down (yes, scroll less at night and just go to bed), drink water (I personally drink 8 oz between every client!), and give yourself permission to rest. The more you practice tuning in, the clearer that inner voice becomes. It's always worth listening to.
