Where most Western styles of massage stick to physical outcomes like pain reduction or muscle relaxation,
Kriya massage is often very meditative and emotional shifts or energetic clearing are a byproduct of the flow itself.

It emphasizes life force, chakras & subtle body alignment.

The rhythmic wave-like movements mimic natural breathing patterns, and is often referred to as the "Kriya Dance". It encourages the body to rest and restore in a deep meaningful way.
