I’m here. We’re here. And we are doing great! Busy crazy busy.

But we are all able to keep up.

There was basketball season for the girl. That had to intermingle with school work. Piano lessons. Church at least twice a week. Two snowstorms and general life. But she was on it!

We had transport duties. And work. Lots of it. Basketball games. Basketball Tournaments Sporting Clays tournaments Demolition work. Furiture refinishing. Inventory. Shipping. Payroll. Insurances. Maintenance. Laundry Dishes. Coffee Dinners. Breakfasts. But we were on it!

In the midst of all our organized chaos, we thrived. Ariel took her Focus every morning. She took Enrich on the days her digestion questioned her food and life choices. I am the official organizer of chaos and manage it with NAD. I lost 3 more pounds since the calendar flipped a year with my DHS! My nighttime/daytime heat waves subsided with For Her. What do you do when you’re snowed in? The South is clearly never accepting of winter precipitation for long. But being in for 3 days usually means snacks. And lots of them!

I didn’t exactly stick to my normal routine in any way. I did eat the snackies.

I also fixed my protein drink. My Activate drink. Took my supplements like normal. And my body and mind worked through the snowy house arrest just fine!

I ran out of my clear plus protein about two weeks ago. I am very consistent drinking this product and activate, rotating them throughout my day.

Today though, we are going to change up a little bit. Today we start our brand new flavor, Dragonfruit Clear+.

I’m solidly into 4 weeks and I am thankful!

Thankful that with consistency , I have been sleeping; resting better. I have been sharper and “in this economy,” as a small business owner, I need that! I am still making the scales happier (ok it’s me, not the scales!) And my 10-14 hour days? Got them covered
