If you’ve been anywhere in the gym space here in the Shoals area for a while, you’ve might have heard of RON RUSSELL!!!

He is 84 years young (will be 85 this year) with DECADES of training experience (25+ personal titles in bodybuilding and Olympic lifting 💪🏼). He also had a gym for a long time in the area called “Ron’s Gym,” and if you go to in the morning, you will catch him training his clients.👏🏽 Then on Friday midday, he will be getting his weekly infusion!

We love Ron and having him come for the past 5 years almost weekly, is a testament to how disciplined and dedicated he is as a person!!
