She was a proud graduate of high school and furthered her education by earning an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts, a field where she excelled and found great joy in the art of cooking. Her culinary skills were not just a profession but a way to express her love for her family, especially when preparing her signature pork chops and chicken dishes.

As an extraordinary mother, Amy's world revolved around her children, Jessie, Caleb, Elizabeth Skyler, and Devin Wayne. She instilled in them the values of kindness, patience, and the importance of family. Music and dance were Amy's delight. She loved to sing along to the tunes of her favorite artists, Jelly Roll and Ozzy Osbourne, and she was known to light up any room with her dance moves. Amy's laid-back and peaceful demeanor made her a joy to be around, and she was slow to anger, always choosing kindness over conflict.
