The county's Dept of State Health Services, Wesley Nurse, and Texas A&M Medication Assistance program are teaming up with us to provide screenings for A1c, blood pressure, and neuropathy - all FREE for our community.

No fasting required, and no need to schedule an appointment - we take walk-ins all day. And you'll have A1c results in just 5 minutes with just a finger-prick blood sample!🩸

🩵 💜Our ECOF team had an amazing time supporting the Children's Alliance of South Texas, at their Dia De Los Mu***os Purse Bingo Event this past Saturday in Karnes City! 👛🎉

We were proud to sponsor a table and donate a purse to help raise funds for the free services CAST provides to children who live within the 81st Judicial District, which includes Wilson County.

For those who may not be aware, CAST offers 100% free, comprehensive therapeutic services - including forensic interviews, sexual assault nurse exams, non-acute medical exams, and therapy sessions for child victims of abuse and their non-offending caregivers. 🩺👨‍👩‍👦

About 52% of CAST's funding comes from grants, with the remainder supported through fundraising and donations. ✨️

As a community-based medical entity, we are passionate about supporting CAST and their mission to help children heal, find hope, and thrive. We were honored to be a part of this meaningful event and contribute to their incredible work! 💜🌈

Our ECOF team had a SPOOKTACULAR time at the Wilson County ESD #5 6th Annual Truck or Treat tonight! 🚒🍬We loved meeting all the little ghosts, goblins, and superheroes — your costumes were fang-tastic! 👻🦸‍♂️

A big thank you to Wilson County ESD #5 for inviting us back for this fun and safe community tradition. We had a blast spreading treats, smiles, and just the right amount of fright! 😉🍬
