SADHU BOARDS AGAINST STRESS
The Sadhu board is one of the most effective ways to deal with stress and anxiety. If something bothers - get up on the nails.
👉 Tune in to practice, turn on some nice music, light a palo santo, breathe. You can also do a little warm-up of the feet and the whole body.
👉 Gently place one foot on the nails, and then, resting your hands on the floor in front of you, the other and slowly stand up. It is easier for someone to get up with support on a chair or window sill.
👉 After 10-15 minutes, the pain fades into the background, breathing and pulse even out. You find yourself in a state of “here and now”, concentrating on the current moment and freeing your thoughts from a raid of problems and negativity.
👉 The body relaxes, the mind calms down and you watch the flow of your thoughts, letting go of what bothers you. Free consciousness itself suggests ways to solve the problem. Insights may come within days of practice.
👉 You can also relieve anxiety about upcoming events. To do this, standing on nails, you need to imagine the image of the desired result. As you go through the pain, you gain self-confidence by forming a clear intention to act.
👉 Nails soothe, free the body from muscle clamps, and the mind from obsessive states, balance, awaken, give energy and inspiration to implement new plans and ideas.
