Meet Jasmann Nowell, BSN, RN, CWOCN, C-IP. Complete Care at Harston Hall ’s dedicated Staff Development Coordinator & Infection Preventionist. With 10 years of nursing experience and 3 years specializing in staff development and infection prevention, Jasmann brings both expertise and genuine passion to our community.
Since joining our team in July, she has truly hit the ground running. Whether she’s leading trainings, mentoring new staff, or providing hands-on guidance, Jasmann’s enthusiasm for education shines through. Her passion is evident every time she stands in front of our staff teaching and empowering them to not only provide excellent care, but to understand why that care matters. One of her favorite parts of her role is inspiring team members to grow in their knowledge and confidence. She believes that when staff feel supported, they are able to give the very best care to our residents. When asked what she loves most about working at Harston Hall, Jasmann said, “I am surrounded by staff that wants to learn, and that shows that we are truly here to take care of our residents.”
