The grind doesn’t stop!
Here are some ways to keep the momentum going, while staying healthy & strong, this snowy weekend before your next FitCamp class at Outlaw!

- Start your mornings off with a healthy/high protein breakfast. Egg scramble with spinach, feta, & tomatoes is a great nutritious option!
-Type in fitness videos on YouTube & follow along in your living room.
-Take a bath & drink some green tea. Both are great for helping aid pain & inflammation.
-Limit screen time, do some house projects you’ve been putting off. A body in motion, stays in motion!
