Highland Village Counseling is offering a Chronic Pain Support Group led by Wynne Sherman, LPC and Deanna Shires. This monthly group offers a supportive space to connect with others who understand, while learning gentle, somatic (body-based) tools to help manage pain, stress, and the emotional toll that often comes with chronic conditions.
