We should all be fasting for longer times overnight!

If your last calorie consumption is at 8pm, dont eat until 10, 11, or 12 the next day

If your last calorie consumption is at 7pm, try pushing it back to 6pm and still not eating or drinking calories until 8 or 9 am the next day. A

This research is promising for all inflammatory processes, cancer, and autoimmune diseases!

We see healing. These people, our own staff members have experienced MAJOR health trials and tribulations, traumas, accidents, injuries, losses, and more. They are as human as the patients in our clinic.

THE LORD is our refuge
THE LORD is our provider
THE LORD YAHWEH!
