We should all be fasting for longer times overnight!

If your last calorie consumption is at 8pm, dont eat until 10, 11, or 12 the next day

If your last calorie consumption is at 7pm, try pushing it back to 6pm and still not eating or drinking calories until 8 or 9 am the next day. A

This research is promising for all inflammatory processes, cancer, and autoimmune diseases!

We see healing. These people, our own staff members have experienced MAJOR health trials and tribulations, traumas, accidents, injuries, losses, and more. They are as human as the patients in our clinic.

AND YET, they stand firm in agreement that

THE LORD is our foundation
THE LORD is our rock
THE LORD is our refuge
THE LORD is our provider
THE LORD YAHWEH!

It's SOT DAY! We get so excited about SOT therapy and how it can silence some of the vicious virus and lyme microbes that can heavily weigh and wear our patients down. We LOVE seeing our patients vitality and energy restored!
