If your sleep is under 7 hours, your belly fat plan is working uphill.

Here’s why.

Sleep isn’t “rest.”
Sleep is metabolic control.

When sleep is short, your body shifts into a stress pattern:
• Hunger signals go up
• Cravings go up
• Insulin sensitivity drops
• Cortisol gets dysregulated
• Recovery gets worse

So you can be disciplined.
