So the Lewisville Independent School District has canceled Tuesday as well, so our office will be closed tomorrow as well. Unfortunately, we won't have any staff to be able to open. We are reaching out individually to every patient via text message to work on rescheduling. Unfortunately, the phone system is manual and requires a physical button press to turn off the phones, which due to the ice, it is very impossible to get there. but we are on texting... We upgraded our EMR two weeks ago and we think we are getting portal messages as well.

Important Weather Update for Our Patients

As we prepare for possible winter weather, we want to share our snow day policy to keep everyone informed. Our office follows the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD). If LISD closes due to inclement weather, our office will also close.

Here’s what you need to know:

Our remote team will be available to help with rescheduling appointments. However, we will need time to adjust the schedule while ensuring that every patient receives the care and attention they deserve.
Obstetrical patients will be prioritized, and we will work hard to accommodate all patients as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of care.
As of now, the office remains open, but we are closely monitoring weather conditions and LISD updates.
If you would like to reschedule your appointment in advance, please contact us. We have availability next week and will do our best to find a time that works for you.

We ask for your patience as we balance these adjustments. Ensuring that every patient has adequate time during their appointment remains a top priority.

If you have an urgent need, please let us know, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your situation.
