Body pain is so common because the body is complex.
And that’s exactly why it’s so hard to get rid of.

Pain usually isn’t coming from one tight muscle or one bad movement.
It’s layers:

• how you move
• how your nervous system fires
• how well you recover
• how your body handles stress

So stretching more…
or just “strengthening your core”…
or pushing through it…

rarely fixes the real problem.

Pain needs a plan, not a guess.

And once you actually identify what’s driving it —
that’s when things finally start to change.

If you’re tired of chasing symptoms, this is where you start. 👇

Back pain doesn’t just hurt — it takes up space in your head.

It’s the constant calculation before you move.
The bracing before picking up your kid.
The way you’re “there,” but never fully present.

And it’s not because you’re out of shape.
It’s not because you sit too much.
And it’s not because you didn’t try hard enough.

Most parents we see already tried PT.
They tried chiropractic care.
They tried doing “the right things” whenever life allowed.

The real issue is this:
Back pain isn’t simple — and without a plan, it sticks around.

You don’t need another random fix.
You need someone to actually evaluate how your body is moving,
what it’s compensating for,
and whether it’s ready for the demands of parenthood.

Because this isn’t just about pain relief.
It’s about getting your mental energy back —
so you can be present, not protective.

If your back feels like it needs more than another quick fix,

• No Karen, your migraine isn't from your chakras being shaken up after Zumba

• Your body didn’t “randomly betray you.”
It was strategically right after football practice with the kiddos because you haven't run that hard in years except for Wendy's breakfast deals

• Doing your exercises once, then saying “they didn’t work,” is like brushing your teeth once and being mad at the dentist for the new $2000 set of dentures you need

• Stretching for 3 minutes after sitting all day does not cancel out sitting all day.
640-3 does not equal 0

• Your posture isn’t the villain.
The real problem is sitting still for 8 hours, then asking your body to be Michael Jordan at 6pm like your just "built different"

• Pain doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It usually means your body is under-trained for the life you’re living. You're not "Just Do(ing) It" anymore like you used to, Ken!

• Resting forever is not a rehab plan.
If you ate honey and had a friend who was a tiger maybe it'd be different

• Doing nothing all week and going “hard” on the weekend is not balance.
That’s like dropping a C4 on the map then running into it later

• Quick fixes feel amazing because they require zero responsibility.
Long-term progress is less exciting but it actually works.

• And finally… your body is not fragile.
Treating it like it is just teaches it to panic faster the next time.

If this made you laugh and feel a little called out… good 😌
