For over 20 years, Jamie has been an essential part of Dr. Baten’s team — a true cornerstone of care, compassion, and expertise. Her dedication to her patients and her passion for her work shine through in everything she does. Known for her loving and caring nature, Jamie brings warmth to every patient she meets and every coworker she works alongside.

When she’s not in the clinic, Jamie enjoys life in Madison with her husband, their two wonderful children — a 20-year-old son and a 14-year-old daughter — and their two dogs. And if you don’t hear her contagious, one-of-a-kind laugh echoing down the halls, chances are she’s out cruising with the doors and top off her Jeep, soaking in the sunshine and adventure.

We absolutely love Jamie and are beyond grateful to celebrate her this Sonographer Month.

A proud Jackson State University graduate with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Crystal brings warmth, professionalism, and heart to our front desk.

She and her husband Chris are raising three amazing children—Chloe, Cadence, and Chase—and love spending quality time together at sporting events.

Crystal is passionate about faith, family, and community, and what she enjoys most about her role is being able to greet every patient with a smile.
