We recently had the honor to host Dr. Justin Owen in Flowood and Dr. Daniel Scodary in St. Louis, where they shared valuable insight on how our work directly impacts patient care and outcomes.

✨Employee Spotlight: Jessica Marshall✨

Jessica has been part of the Zavation family for nearly 16 years. She started as a receptionist and now serves as the Operations Manager for our St. Louis manufacturing site, overseeing planning, scheduling, and customer communication for all facility orders.

What drives Jessica most is her passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships—both with customers and across teams.

Her favorite part of the job? The relationships she’s built along the way and watching both the company and her teammates grow over the years.

Last week, Dr. Jeffrey Lu and Dr. Ghassan Farah came to St. Louis to sharpen their skills, with proctor Dr. Craig Forsthoefel guiding every step through advanced deformity correction, including Pedicle Subtraction Osteotomy (PSO) and Vertebral Column Resection (VCR).
