Thank you Business Empowered for this feature in the March 2026 newsletter. As we celebrate Women’s History Month, I would like to recognize women’s mental health. Women often multi-task in many roles. We are leaders, caregivers, professionals, mothers, advocates, and so much more. While women have shown incredible resilience, the pressures we face can impact our mental well-being. Supporting women’s mental health means creating spaces where women feel safe to speak, seek help, and be supported without stigma. When women are mentally and emotionally healthy, our families, workplaces, and communities grow stronger. This Women’s History Month, let’s continue to celebrate women—not just for what they achieve, but by ensuring they have the support, care, and compassion they deserve. And to women across the globe, let us take time to pour into ourselves so that we can continue to pour into others.
