Developing some new power points and information regarding specific vitamins. Sleep deprivation, and foods 2,000 years ago are in the idea and early phase. Probably a month before they will be ready to present. Looking for a breakout year for the REGENESIS online program this year. We had some incredible success stories last year!

For everyone that is on this REGENESIS page, it is going to be deleted very soon. We have a private REGENESIS page that will be members only. If you are a member of the REGENESIS program I have sent you a friend request recently. It was from this page, I will be sending all of our registered members a new friend request so that you may participate in our open discussions on the Private page. It is by invitation only and for members only. Online participants are expected to grow fairly rapidly over the next few months. So jump in and lets go!! Look for the new friend request (remember this one is going to go away).

This is a picture I took while at a fishing cabin built in the 1920's in Warren PA. Notice the small sized serving plate and bowl (ON THE LEFT) compared to the ones we use now. Plates are LARGER, portion sizes LARGER = LARGER AMERICANS!!

The buffet generally speaking is a poor choice when eating out. Highly commercialized foods laced with unknown chemicals and preservatives. I advise against eating from the buffet.
