January 26th and 27th, yoga classes cancelled.
Go outdoors!
Allow yourself 5-10 minutes of pranayama. With your mind resting on your breath, not judging your breath, innate breath, mind riding the wave of the inhalation, the pause, and the exhaltion. Breath is life force, connector to All. breathe in the gifts from the all natural world, then let go and surrender the gift of breath back to the world, reciprocity in action.
I am a lover of Nature, the snow, ice, wind, sunshine, clouds, mountains, river, birds, animals, all things Earth, it's endlessly fascinating.
Peace begins inside each of us, feed it, dance until you make space for peace to grow, walk, sit in silence, breathe!! May peace grow like rays of sunlight connecting you to All.
