Do you have a surgery scheduled — or planning one soon?

An important part of any surgery isn’t just the procedure itself… it’s the post-operative recovery process.

Have you discussed your recovery plan with your doctor yet? If not, you should. Knowing what happens after surgery can make a huge difference in how quickly and safely you return to normal activities.

If your doctor is recommending physical therapy, it’s important to schedule your initial evaluation as soon as possible. Waiting too long to begin therapy can delay healing, limit mobility, increase stiffness, and slow your overall progress.

Many clinics book initial appointments weeks in advance. If you already know you’ll need therapy after surgery, don’t wait until the last minute.

Your recovery starts with a plan — and we’re here to help every step of the way.
