🔥 Celebrating our March Athlete of the Month – Kameron Sly 🤼🏈

Kameron Sly is a dedicated student-athlete who consistently demonstrates hard work, leadership, and commitment both on and off the field. In the classroom, Kameron is a 3.0 GPA honor student and is also enrolled at Genesee Career Institute (GCI), where he is currently completing nursing studies and participating in clinicals. Through this program, he is gaining valuable hands-on experience in the healthcare field while successfully balancing the demands of athletics and academics.

Athletically, Kameron has made a strong impact for the Raiders. He is a two-year varsity wrestler, earning 2nd Team All Flint Metro League honors twice for his performances on the mat. In addition to wrestling, Kameron also played one year of varsity football and had an outstanding senior season. He was named 1st Team All Flint Metro League Safety and received the 2025 Bob Rowe Defensive Award, recognizing his impact and leadership on the defensive side of the ball.

Kameron’s dedication, perseverance, and leadership make him a great example of what it means to be a Raider student-athlete.

If you’ve got a procedure coming up, don’t be afraid to speak up and get the details you need:
✅ What will my recovery timeline look like?
✅ Will I have any lifting or movement limitations?
✅ Is physical therapy part of my recovery plan?

🏃‍♂️ Mott Miles Challenge is Coming Up! 🐻🏅

The Mott Miles Challenge: Run with the Bears is right around the corner, and we’re looking forward to seeing so many of you out there!

📅 Saturday, April 18th
🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Durham Wellness & Physical Education Center at Mott Community College

This is a fun, community-focused event where you can run or walk at your own pace. Complete as many 1-mile loops as you’d like within the 3-hour window—whether you're pushing for a challenge or just coming out to move and enjoy the atmosphere.

There will be great energy all around with music, spectators, and plenty of encouragement throughout the event 🎶🙌

We’ll also be there supporting participants, so be sure to stop by and say hi if you’re attending!

Starting TODAY, all sessions at the clinic will include our brand new, cutting-edge treatment:

💥 Reverse Workouts™ 💥

That’s right — instead of squats, we’ll be unsquatting.
Instead of lunges, we’ll be un-lunging.
And cardio? We’ll be sitting VERY still and thinking about running.

Research shows this method is 0% effective… but 100% easier. 😌

🏋️ Performance clients: Your new PR goal is doing absolutely nothing, but with perfect form.
🦵 Rehab patients: We’ll now fix injuries by politely asking your muscles to “just chill.”

Bonus: Every session ends with a mandatory 10-minute nap for optimal recovery. Science-ish. 💤

We promise this program will NOT get you stronger, faster, or out of pain — and that’s exactly why we don’t actually use it.
