☘️ Happy St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️

Wishing all of our amazing patients and clients a safe, fun, and active St. Patrick’s Day!

Today is a great reminder of our quote this month:
“Luck favors the prepared.”

Staying active, building strength, improving balance, and taking care of your body are all ways you prepare yourself for the things you love to do in life. Whether you're working through physical therapy, pushing yourself in performance training, or showing up to classes each week, those small efforts add up to big results.

The truth is, progress isn’t about luck — it’s about preparation, consistency, and showing up for yourself.

We feel incredibly lucky to work with such a dedicated community that continues to put in the work to move better and stay strong. 💪

Have a fantastic St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️

We hope to see you today at the Pot O’ Gold CRIM Race! Come celebrate the day with us, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and chase a little luck of the Irish along the course. 🏃‍♂️

Good luck to everyone racing today — may your miles be strong and your finish line golden! 💚

🔥 Celebrating our March Athlete of the Month – Kameron Sly 🤼🏈

Kameron Sly is a dedicated student-athlete who consistently demonstrates hard work, leadership, and commitment both on and off the field. In the classroom, Kameron is a 3.0 GPA honor student and is also enrolled at Genesee Career Institute (GCI), where he is currently completing nursing studies and participating in clinicals. Through this program, he is gaining valuable hands-on experience in the healthcare field while successfully balancing the demands of athletics and academics.

Athletically, Kameron has made a strong impact for the Raiders. He is a two-year varsity wrestler, earning 2nd Team All Flint Metro League honors twice for his performances on the mat. In addition to wrestling, Kameron also played one year of varsity football and had an outstanding senior season. He was named 1st Team All Flint Metro League Safety and received the 2025 Bob Rowe Defensive Award, recognizing his impact and leadership on the defensive side of the ball.

Kameron’s dedication, perseverance, and leadership make him a great example of what it means to be a Raider student-athlete.

Age is just a number — and staying active is one of the best ways to prove it. 💪

As we get older, it’s easy to think that slowing down is inevitable. But the truth is, movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to stay strong, healthy, and independent as we age.

Staying active helps:
✅ Maintain strength and muscle
✅ Improve balance and prevent falls
✅ Support joint health and mobility
✅ Boost energy and overall well-being

At our clinic, we see it every day: people who commit to staying active continue doing the things they love for years longer than they thought possible.

So let’s keep moving, keep building strength, and keep proving that getting older doesn’t mean getting weaker.

Let’s stay strong together. 💙

If movement has helped you feel better, stronger, or more confident, drop a 💪 in the comments.

March is National Athletic Trainer Month, and we want to take a moment to recognize an incredible member of our team — Michaela Luchow.

Michaela spends countless hours supporting our student-athletes at the high school, making sure they can safely compete, recover, and continue doing the sports they love. From evaluating injuries on the sidelines to guiding athletes through recovery and helping prevent injuries before they happen, she is there for them every step of the way.

What makes Michaela so special is the care and dedication she brings to every athlete she works with. She’s not just treating injuries — she’s building trust, offering encouragement, and helping young athletes learn how to take care of their bodies so they can perform at their best.

Athletic trainers play a critical role in healthcare, especially in the high school setting where quick decisions, injury management, and athlete safety are essential. Michaela consistently goes above and beyond to support our students, coaches, and community, and we are incredibly grateful to have her representing our clinic and caring for our athletes.

Join us in celebrating Michaela and all athletic trainers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep athletes healthy, safe, and in the game. 🧡🖤💪
