The importance of the Pause

Many of us, including me, get so caught up on perfecting ourselves and working to expand our spiritual practice we forget the importance of the pause.

With each layer that we expand our consciousness, there needs to be a space where we allow our bodies and energies to play catch up. We must give ourselves time to integrate and rebalance before pushing ahead.

When we forget to slow down at intervals, anxieties and physical discomforts tend to seep in through the newly formed stretch marks.

As expansion is a spiral, it is important to let the downward turn of the spiral be a place to catch our breaths and sit with what we have spiritually "consumed".

If you are feeling heavy, overwhelmed and/or over stimulated, think about what proceeded these feelings. Most likely it was growth, awareness and epiphanies.

Our body and spirit are asking us to pause. Life isn't all about productivity and pushing beyond limits, every living thing needs time to acclimate after expansion occurs, we are no different.

So let us breathe, sit, rest, and move slowly. We will know when it is go time again. When we are still our inner voice becomes the loudest.

Masculine and Feminine Energy

It has recently come into my understanding the different needs of men and women on a energetic level.

While we all hold masculine and feminine energies within us, as a soul we choose to incarnate embracing one more than the other.

Many marriages and relationships struggle with the same issues..feminine needs vs masculine needs.

On a solar/sacral/root chakra energy level, most (not all) men's needs are tied to physicality. They desire their feminine partner to provide touch, s*x and nurturing. They tie their self worth and stress levels to these physical actions. Most men who do cheat or leave a relationship, do so because this need is not adequately being met.

On the polar opposite end, most women (not all) have their solar/sacral/root tied to emotional needs. Their self worth and stress levels correlate to communication and words of praise. If a woman considers cheating or leaving a relationship, it is because these needs are not being met by her partner.

Women are taught from a very early age to meet the physical needs of others through touch and nurturing and later in maturity..s*x. Unfortunately the skill of meeting a woman's emotional needs are not taught to most men at any age.

The result is relationships that are not in balance..favoring the masculine energies.

Woman will give and give and then slowly start to pull their energies away, leaving the man confused and unfulfilled.

Women need words..period. Men who want to continue receiving touch need to speak words of affirmation to their partners.

Energy exchange in the simplest form.

Men, praise her without her having to asking for affirmations in advance. Tell her she's beautiful. Tell her she's a good partner. Tell her she's a wonderful mother. Then tell her again. Having met her lower chakra's emotional needs, the physical energies will flow in kind.

We have all been searching too long for validation outside of ourselves. We have been asking for signs, for proof of our beliefs. As if our faith and belief is not enough.

We have been given numerous signs and synchronicities, but yet we expect more.

We make social media posts looking for likes and validation from others. We have been giving to others just to be receive admiration.

This world is on the brink of a great change in vibration and consciousness, it's waiting for us to stop looking outside of ourselves for anything. When we remember everything is within us, all the love, all the proof, all the resources...our world around us will change in a great flash...the outside matching the inside.

Inside first...then outside...not the other way around. Every answer is whispering to you from your heart space, your heart Chakra.
