It’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Awareness Week during American Heart Month. ❤️

This week shines a spotlight on the vital role cardiac rehab plays in recovery. Through short-stay rehabilitation, our dedicated teams help patients with cardiac conditions safely transition from the hospital to our centers and back home, rebuilding strength, endurance, and confidence along the way.
