Accordia Health offers whole-person care for all ages. It is a Federally Qualified Health Center focused on the whole person, providing primary care and specializing in mental health treatment. Accordia Health offers family medical care in Mobile and Coosa counties of Alabama.

Good morning to our extended SBCC,PC family!!! The office will be closed on Friday, September 19, 2025 & September 22, 2025. We will be training on our new patient care system. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us @251-943-5437. If you have an appointment scheduled for either of those days, please call us. There are a few we've been unable to contact. We are so grateful for everyone's patience through this process :)

To our entire SBCC family, it's with sadness that we announce Dr. Sallyanne Ganpot is no longer with the practice. She was a valued member of the SBCC family for 6 years and will be missed. We wish her well while traveling down this new road that's been put in front of her. All of her scheduled appointments have been moved to one of the other providers schedules. Meet Shelley! 👩‍⚕️💖

With 8 years of pediatric experience and a strong foundation in the Pediatric ICU, Shelley brings both skill and compassion to the care she provides.

She especially enjoys well visits—watching babies grow and building relationships with families is one of her favorite parts of pediatrics.

Shelley grew up in Foley and is glad to now practice in her hometown. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their almost 3-year-old daughter.

We’re so lucky to have her on our team—and if you’ve seen her already, you probably agree!
