You know Tom as the guy who makes sure your prescriptions are spot-on, but there’s a lot more to Tom than just the white coat!

🚜 🌾 Raised on a farm in Mississippi, Tom learned the value of a hard day’s work and gained a lifelong appreciation for agriculture.

That "farm-strong" mentality stayed with him through high school, where he spent his Friday nights under the stadium lights playing football. 🏈
(Possibly the only time in his life he’s ever said, “GO BULLDOGS!” HA! 😜)

Even while he was studying at Ole Miss to become the expert pharmacist he is today, Tom wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty.
On weekends and breaks from pharmacy school, he traded his textbooks for hard hats, working heavy construction and even pulling shifts in the oil fields. 🏗️🛢️🚧

He knows what it’s like to work a grueling shift, to respect the land, and work hard to take care of a family. He knows your time and money is valuable and honors that by making sure you get fast, friendly service and the best price possible.

Our local family owned pharmacy is looking for a dependable, energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team!

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring our community, neighbors and friends receive the care and attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities
• Greeting & Assistance:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to every customer who walks through our doors or calls on the phone.

• Transaction Management:
Accurately process prescriptions and over-the-counter sales using our Point of Sale (POS) system and telephone refill request.

• Patient Privacy:
Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Presentation:
Ensure the front-of-store area is clean, stocked, and inviting for our customers.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable navigating digital systems and learning new pharmacy software quickly.

• Must possess clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Must posses the ability to stand and move between work stations for the duration of a shift.

• Must be dependable, on time, and be a trustworthy teammate we can count on.

• Must be detail oriented. (In a pharmacy, details matter! Accuracy is the top priority.)

• Must have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and a genuine desire to help people.

Health-Conscious Environment:
Due to the sensitive health nature of our patients (including those with respiratory issues and chemical sensitivities), we require a non-smoker for this position.

🥂✨CHEERS to TWO YEARS!! ✨

As the old saying goes, “time flies when you’re having fun!“

It’s hard to believe that two years ago today we opened the doors of Foley Pharmacy for the first time to this incredible community!

Foley Pharmacy began with Tom’s dream to open a pharmacy that had values like the good old days.

The days when customers mattered.

The days when it was common place to ask about your mama and them, how your crops survived that cold snap, or how your son made it through his surgery last week.

The days when people cared about people and not just the almighty dollar.

We could have never imagined then how much love and support that would be poured out to us from this amazing community and the people in it.

We have had the absolute honor of standing alongside you during some of the best and worst times in your lives over the past two years.

We have deeply mourned the loss of some of our cherished customers who over the past two years have become our family.

We have prayed with you and for you!
