This may look or feel ok the first time but if you’ve have had head/neck injuries I would not recommend this as the potential for Alar ligament damage is already increased. The “ring dinger” is not the safest and there’s a reason it’s not taught in chiropractic schools

Later on this client told us that his wrists would crack and pop everytime he rotated his wrists in a circular motion. His wrists have been doing that since he was a kid… after this session he said his wrists stopped clicking!
