To all my new Mountain friends and family. Life in Plumas county has exceeded my expectations. Decembers "record" snow made my house extra festive and I couldn't be more excited for the warm season now as we put up a chicken run and plant fruit trees and gardens. A big THANK YOU to everyone who's helped with chicken raising and gopher deterrent advise! The coop will be ready just in time to house these girls (they're already escaping their box to gaze out the window toward their new home).

Have you ever seen those red circular bruises on Olympic athletes? Those athletes have been cupped!

The suction and negative pressure of cupping loosens muscle fibers and connective tissue (fascia), encouraging blood flow to the muscle and homeopathic sedation of the nervous system. Therapeutic cupping is used to relieve back and neck pain, stiff muscles, and anxiety.
