:NEW MODALITY:
This past Saturday, I attempted a return demo for the Raindrop and Vitaflex techniques with a supervisory instructor from the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education ... and I passed!!!

The seed of this accomplishment was planted in my heart in 2014, when I began my distributorship with Young Living Essential Oils and started to crave more knowledge. This has been a long faith-filled journey that feels like it has only just begun.

In just a few more swipes of the pen, I will be a Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist - a designation that has taken almost 5 years - and tons of spiritual growth - to complete.
At this time, I desire to attain status as a CARE Certified Instructor of Raindrop, Vitaflex, Emotional Release and the History of Anointing, as well as a practitioner of Vibrational Raindrop Technique.

For the next phase of coursework, I will be offering Vitaflex and Raindrop practicum sessions. If you are ready to experience these techniques, text me at 985-260-5030 to set up your appointment.

Pine needle tea has been used for centuries by Indigenous peoples and early settlers alike. It’s rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and a refreshing scent that brings the forest right into your cup.

Eastern White Pine is the best — mild, citrusy, and packed with vitamin C. Red pine, Scots pine, and most Southern pines like loblolly or longleaf are all fine too.

Just be careful not to grab anything that isn’t a true pine. Yews and Norfolk Island pines might look similar, but they’re toxic.

St Francis Animal Sanctuary & Rescue invites you to the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi Blessing of the Animals! Join us at our St. Francis Animal Sanctuary Thrift Store & Kitty Haven in Mandeville on Saturday, October 4th at 10AM as Bonnie Poirier leads the blessings.

The day will include in-person pet blessings, a blessing for our resident animals, a heartfelt pet memorial, and a peaceful meditation. Come celebrate the love and joy our animals bring. All are welcome!

Yesterday, I had a great conversation with one of my regular clients about the seasonal change, honoring our rhythms and why shifting your attention and behaviors can help you stay well. I felt called to share those thoughts with a wider audience, so here is a late-week love drop for you.

I often witness your relief through more easeful movement, the alleviation of physical discomfort, and increased openness of the mind and emotions. These conditions tell me my work is working!! And that is usually all the thanks I need. It is in the subtleties.

These Gift Certificates never expire, and they are catalogued in my booking system, so even if the printed copy ends up at the bottom of someone's junk drawer, I will still be able to honor it!

Second, Why honor the Equinox?
Fall is like the New Year to me. Our bodies change in response to nature's rhythms. The energy of our minds change in response to the biological changes. I love to honor the "Winds of Change" that rise in the Fall. In Ayurveda (the Ancient Science of Life) it is a season that is marked by the rising of Vata dosha, which combines air and space (also known as ether). This energy embodies change and movement, and has qualities of spaciousness, coldness, dryness and lightness. It relates to the nervous system and coordinates with breathing and circulation.

Have you noticed yourself moving more? Have you noticed the dryness in the air? Are you feeling ready for a change, or are lots of things changing in your life?

One way to help your body adjust to the changes, is to make some time to have a bodywork session, or a quantum energetic emotional release session.

Fall is also the season of harvest. How is your relationship to the parts of you that have been growing so far this year? What can you release now to make space for new growth in the spring? How can you cultivate stillness and inward vision over the winter before you begin the cycle again after the new year?

I have the skills, the desire and the presence to aid in the process of release and growth, whether on a physical level, or an emotional, spiritual or mental level.

Each year, in celebration of my birthday and the Autumnal Equinox, I have a sale on gift certificates for my services.
