Every week, guests walk through the doors of our Help Center in immediate crisis. Some haven’t slept safely in days. Some are fleeing abuse. Some are desperate to leave addiction behind but unsure how to take the first step. Some are single mothers walking in with their children, eviction notices in hand, unsure where they’ll sleep next week. Others are facing sudden health crises, job loss, or the crushing weight of trying to hold their family together when everything seems to be falling apart. They arrive exhausted, overwhelmed, and often believing they’ve run out of options.
This space has also become one of the strategic pillars behind the 91% success rate of graduates from our Residential Recovery programs. Recovery support and relapse prevention don’t end at graduation. When sobriety gets hard, when life throws curveballs, or when temptation and discouragement creep in, our graduates know they can come back here.
The Help Center is a place to regroup. A place to be honest. A place to get support before a setback becomes a collapse. It’s also where we begin to see who is truly ready to change. This isn’t just a place for free sleeping bags or temporary relief. It’s where people start taking real steps toward a different life.
Because of your prayers, generosity, and service, the Help Center has become more than just a help desk. It’s the front door to transformation. Lives are being rebuilt here.
