Hi Folsom community! We haven’t had many trick-or-treaters over the past few years here at Folsom Care Center. Our elderly residents would love to see your kiddos in costume this year! Please come by on Halloween between 3-4:30 for trick or treating, it would really light up their day! We are located on the corner of mill and natoma street- just one street over from the library/zoo.
