This patient began treatment with a moderate overjet and bite imbalance that we wanted to correct while aligning the teeth and improving overall function.

🦷 Treatment approach:
• Braces to align the teeth and begin correcting the bite
• Elastics to help bring the upper and lower arches into proper relationship
• Clear aligners to refine the final details of the smile

By the end of treatment, we achieved a well-aligned smile and a balanced, functional bite. A great example of how combining different orthodontic techniques can lead to an excellent finish.

This smile had a lot happening at the start — severe crowding on the upper arch, mild crowding on the lower, moderate overjet and overbite, a crossbite, and narrow arches that needed expansion.

With a carefully customized plan over 18 months of treatment, we created space, broadened the arches, corrected the bite, and brought everything into harmony.

The result? A balanced bite, improved function, and a beautifully aligned smile that feels as good as it looks.
