A personal note: My family has been navigating some unexpected challenges after my boyfriend was in a severe car accident last week, and February is a month where filling my books will make a huge difference for us! February Wellness Focus:
February is a natural time to slow down, restore reserves, and support the immune and nervous systems as winter comes to a close. This month, I’m offering a small selection of focused sessions designed to support resilience, pain-relief, and whole-body regulation—especially for those looking to reset, recover from or prevent burnout, or re-engage their wellness routine.

Raindrop Technique Session: A deeply relaxing aromatherapeutic session using therapeutic-grade essential oils to support immune function, calm the nervous system, and ease spinal tension. Especially supportive during cold and flu season, Raindrop Technique helps the body reset while promoting overall balance and resilience. Normally $150, February price: $125.

Naturopathic Consultation + Bloodwork Analysis: A personalized holistic consultation focused on understanding your body’s unique patterns through bloodwork analysis and lifestyle coaching. This session is ideal for those seeking clarity, prevention, and an individually-tailored wellness plan including custom herbal support. Normally $100, February booking includes a 30 minute follow-up (normally $45) for FREE. **These consults can be performed remotely!

LaStone Massage: A deeply soothing massage using heated oceanic stones to melt chronic tension, improve circulation, and help interrupt long-standing pain cycles. The geothermal energy allows muscles to release more fully, supporting both physical ease and nervous system down-regulation. Normally $200, February price: $175.

The first Northshore Alternative Health Alliance Wellness Fair is being held from 2-5pm at the River Mill Event Center at Coquille Park in Covington, Louisiana. Sound baths with Lindsay helped me heal, and if I could prescribe, I would recommend EVERY client that I work with regularly supplement their healing with sound healing.

Holiday Recap:

I had a great end to 2025 - the appointment schedule was full, I met some great new clients who are now friends, I made lots of herbal gift boxes, the Reiki Master Class on Solstice-eve was FIRE!!

I had so much fun.... but it wore me out, to be honest. I am determined to find a way to do it all, have it all, and be all I can be around the holidays without exhausting myself, or being drastically dysregulated. I will be reverse engineering this concept for 2026. I'll let you know how this plan unfolds. I feel like as my children have gotten older, things have gotten a little easier to manage around the holidays.

2026 Events:

I want to give you the event lineup I have been working on. Right now, I am excited about new collaborations, and the opportunity to teach at my friends events, as well as the return of some dear friends to my shop, Your Nature Care Holistic Center.

Many are asking when I will be teaching my herb classes this year - I am excited to announce there will be some changes to my Herbal Education program, and the new formats will be released in February.

On January 30, Lindsay Hainlin of Wild Heart Shine Collective will be back in the shop offering her amazing sound bath. Her sound-healing talents are next-level - give your nervous system the reset it is crying out for... Seating is limited, so book early!

On January 31, THE Jack Fontana will be offering Conscious Connected Breathwork from 11-1. This event is on my website and if you know you want to come, you should book here, ASAP. These events sell out really quickly. I'm honored to be assisting Jack with this Breathwork workshop.

On February 6, we have our second "First Friday Soul Bliss" featuring Devotional Chant sing-along with Joe of Sri Yantra, a new local mantra band. This is a very unique experience and if you have never tried chanting, I highly recommend!! It is like sound healing where your own voice is providing the healing vibrations, combined with breathwork. Chanting with friends makes it all the better!

On February 27, Lindsay will be back with her amazing sound bath. Again, seating is limited - grab your spot ASAP.

On March 6, Joe from Sri Yantra will be back again with "First Friday Soul Bliss"

On March 28, I will offer a Reiki Level I Class and Attunement. Begin your practitioner path, or simply engage with this Energy medicine template for your own personal growth and healing... Reiki means "Universal Life-Force" in Japanese. I am honored to be teaching in the Usui/Tibetan Reiki tradition for 20 years! I will offer all three levels of Usui Reiki, as well as a post-mastery level called Karuna Reiki® this year. Come experience the richness of Reiki!
