I am honored to be invited to teach and present at two different events this season, besides my own Herbal offerings.

Mid-April, at Soul Reset's Freequency Festival (https://www.facebook.com/events/1400655701615091/), my partner and I will be teaching a Couples Massage class... right after Breathwork and Sacred Sound, and right before Rage Yoga and Group Hypnosis. There's also Ecstatic Dance, Qigong, Water Blessings, Group Reiki, Drumming, Herb Walks and much more.

If this sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, message me! I will get you connected with the registration information!

In early May, I'll be teaching at Blissful Retreats Best Version of Yourself Retreat (https://www.facebook.com/share/1DhtgMbkc6/) This is an all-inclusive five day retreat with several attendance options: in person, virtual, single day, etc. In addition to teaching there, I am able to use the retreat space to see clients. If you would like to see me at the beautiful The Rivers Retreat for a session, you are welcome to stay and attend that day's retreat events for a discounted day rate.

Please contact me directly so I can get you booked!

I believe this is true!!

Birdsong isn’t just peaceful — it’s regulating.
Your nervous system hears it as a signal of safety, softening the body and slowing the breath.

Long before modern life, those sounds meant everything was okay.

Your body still remembers that.

Sometimes the simplest moments are the most healing. 🌿

If you can argue together…
you can absolutely massage each other.

We’re teaching couples ...
How to work shoulders & neck safely
How to release real tension
How to increase oxytocin naturally
How to feel closer without overthinking it

This is skill-building — not spa fluff.

Come learn, laugh, connect at Freequency Festival April 17-19

Real, lasting change rarely looks dramatic.

It doesn’t always arrive with a breakthrough moment, a life-altering decision, or an extreme experience that transforms everything.

More often, it’s subtle. Small. Slow.

Changing one small thing in your morning routine.
A 10 minute meditation before you reach for the glass of wine.
No phones at the dinner table.

As Light Watkins shares in this episode: “We don’t appreciate the slower path to change, even though it’s the one that actually lasts.”

We live in the fast paced world of the HARE, but it’s the TORTOISE who gets the real prize.

What’s one small shift you’re practicing right now that your future self will thank you for? Share below to inspire others!

What if fulfillment wasn’t defined by accomplishment, but by the steadiness someone carries within and the calm they bring into a room? The kind of presence that soothes rather than competes, that uplifts rather than overwhelms. A world that valued inner peace as true achievement might feel slower, kinder, and far more connected.

Our Story

Kelly McGee is a northern transplant (originally from Lancaster, Ohio) who has been living in Louisiana for 15 years. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master & Teacher, an herbalist, and mother to 4 young children. She has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a deep passion for sharing her knowledge and skills, and loves to empowering others in their journey to wellness. She strives to live in balance - to spend as much time playing as she does working, and as much time learning as she does creating.

She has been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2000, and has most recently been a proprietor of a wellness center in Covington, Louisiana. Her work style varies widely from regular therapeutic massage to support athletes, to energy healing sessions to aid clients who suffer from chronic pain, to providing chair massage at events and corporate offices. She has worked as a Massage Therapy Instructor at Delgado Community College from 2009-2012. Her Reiki studies began in Ohio in 2001, and she went on to achieve Karuna Reiki Mastership in 2008. She teaches Reiki regularly and plans to attain Continuing Education Provider status from the Louisiana Board of Massage this year.

She began annual trips to the Women's Herbal Conference and the Black Mountain Herbal Conference in 2006, gathering as much information as possible from renown teachers Mary Bove, Rosita Arvigo, Rosemary Gladstar, Susun W**d, Matthew Wood, David Winston and Paul Bergner to name a few. She studied Health Arts and Sciences for one year at Goddard College in VT in 2008, when her motherhood journey began. For over a decade, she has mentored on the herbs of the Gulf South with Darrell Martin of Blue Boy Herbs and most recently has studied Naturopathy with Dr. Betty Sue O’Brian, ND at the Southern Institute of Natural Health.
