🐾 We had a very special visitor today!
Hagar, an amazing comfort dog, stopped by to spend some time with our girls. Her gentle presence, wagging tail, and unconditional love brought lots of smiles, calm moments, and a little extra joy to the house today. 💛

We’re getting ready to open our new sober living home for women, and we could really use your help! 💜

We are currently looking for dressers in good condition to help our residents have a comfortable space to store their belongings as they begin their recovery journey.

💜 ASTOP Women’s Support Group 💜

Support groups at ASTOP offer a safe, confidential space for adults to come together with others who share similar experiences and talk about the impacts of sexual assault. You are not alone and healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation.

We are grateful for Fond du Lac Area Foundation's commitment to our mission!

🫶 Impact in Action at Beacon House 🫶

With support from a $500 grant awarded through the Fond du Lac Area Foundation Grant Cycle, Friends of Women in Recovery (Beacon House) is strengthening the foundation of their historic home through a critical repointing project. This work helps ensure the building remains safe, dry, and stable so life changing programs can continue without disruption.

As Beacon House shared, this investment provides women in recovery with a secure and supportive environment where they can heal, rebuild their lives, and create brighter futures for themselves and their families.

We are proud to support this important work and grateful to the donors who make these meaningful community investments possible.

Cold weather can cause Narcan to freeze at 5°F or below. When frozen, the spray will not work. After Narcan fully thaws at room temperature (about 15 minutes), it can be used and is effective.

If an overdose is suspected while Narcan is frozen, do not wait — call 911 right away. If the person is not breathing or is breathing slowly, provide rescue breathing until Narcan can be given and help arrives.
