Well, we are beyond blessed to have quite the crew at Peak Rehab now! A large thank you to our amazing staff that kept the clinic up and running so we could be out here with the USA Patriots Amputee Softball Team down in Florida! The boys are getting ready to play and we are raising money for Kids Camp while sharing the message of hope and perseverance after tragedy.

🤫 Pelvic Floor Therapy…
Yep, I said it! All too often we fall into the awful habit of NOT wanting to speak about these issues. However, please know you are not alone!!!

Pelvic floor issues occur in all of us; men, women, even children (take note if your child sustained a fall and now has constipation).

Most often, pelvic floor issues present as pain or incontinence, however, there are other things to think about.
Do you have deep hip pain?
Have you had a low back fusion?
An old tailbone injury?
Any cysts removed from your tailbone?
History of a pelvic fracture?
Feel like you’re constantly sitting on gym bleachers? How’s that going for you? 🤔

✨We are so excited to welcome Sherry VanderArk to our team! ✨

Sherry comes to us with 35 years of outpatient physical therapy experience serving the Fond du Lac area. She graduated from The Mayo School of Physical Therapy and specializes in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. Sherry's philosophy is to empower her patients by education of their physical ailment, use of manual therapy, and exercise prescription. Her goal is to help her patients exceed their expectations for recovery, so they are able to live more active and pain-free lives.

Sherry is going to be working part time with us starting next week. Please help us in welcoming her to Peak Rehab! 😀
