🎈 Balloon Ball Bonanza! 🎈

Who knew a simple balloon could bring so much joy and exercise? Our residents had an absolute blast playing balloon ball — laughing, reaching, stretching, and keeping those reflexes sharp! 💪😂

This lighthearted game isn’t just fun — it’s fantastic for balance, coordination, and range of motion. It encourages gentle movement, boosts mood, and even sneaks in a little cardio (don’t tell them that part 😉). Plus, it’s a great way to spark connection and laughter with friends — the best kind of medicine there is! ❤️

Our community knows staying active doesn’t have to be serious — just spirited!

👻 Spooky Fun at Adelaide Place! 🎃

Today’s Halloween Trick-or-Treat Event was a fang-tastic success! 🕸️ Our residents had an absolute blast handing out candy, playing games, trying warhead candies for the first time, and sharing smiles with all the little trick-or-treaters who stopped by. 🍬👻

The laughter, costumes, and sweet treats made it a Halloween to remember here at Adelaide Place! Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun and helped make the day so special. 💜🕷️

We’re thrilled to celebrate Melissa, our shining Star of the Month! 💫

Melissa brings incredible heart, kindness, and creativity to everything she does here at Adelaide Place. She’s not only a dedicated caregiver who always goes above and beyond for our residents, but she also fills our community with warmth and positivity every single day. 💕

When she’s not caring for others, Melissa loves hiking through nature, getting lost in a good book, spending time with her family, and expressing her creativity through drawing. 🎨📚🏞️

Thank you, Melissa, for all that you do and for inspiring us with your compassion and joy. We’re so lucky to have you as part of the Adelaide Place family! 💐👏

🎶🥁 Cardio Drumming Fun! 🥁🎶

Who says workouts have to be boring? Not our crew! We turned up the music, grabbed our drumsticks, and got our hearts pumping with a little cardio drumming action today! 💪💃

Lots of laughs, lots of rhythm, and maybe a few freestyle moves we’ll call “creative cardio.” 😉

Because around here, staying active means moving, grooving, and feeling alive! ❤️✨

We’re getting ready for a fun-filled community wide Trick or Treat event, and we need your help to make it amazing for all the little ghosts and goblins in our community!

We’re currently accepting donations of any candy and Trick or Treating hand outs!

🍂 Spent the perfect fall day wandering through the pumpkin patch and apple orchard! 🎃🍎

There’s something so peaceful about crunching through fallen leaves, picking the just right pumpkin, and filling a basket with fresh apples straight from the tree. The crisp air, the colors, the smells—it’s like autumn wrapped you in a cozy hug. 🍁✨

Highly recommend taking a little time to slow down and enjoy the season.

P.s. We all thought $45 was a little much for honey but it definitely was a ginormous bottle!

🎉💃 Homecoming Royalty, Laughter, and a Whole Lotta Fun! 🕺👑

This weekend we brought homecoming to our own halls — music, games, dancing, and even our very own King and Queen! 💖 The smiles were shining brighter than the crowns, and the laughter? Absolutely contagious.

From laughter, music, games,and enough sparkle to make the high schoolers jealous. It was one of those evengs that reminded us joy has no age limit. 💫

Big thanks to our amazing team for making it an event to remember — and to our residents for showing everyone how it’s done! 🙌

🎂✨ Double the candles, double the fun! ✨🎂

Today, our community came together for a celebration honoring two of our wonderful residents on their special day! 💕

What started as a simple idea turned into a heartwarming evening filled with laughter, singing, and of course—cupcakes! 🎶🍰 Seeing smiles light up the room is exactly why we do what we do every day!

Here’s to friendship, joy, and celebrating life’s sweet surprises—no matter how many candles are on the cake. 🕯️💛

Today we had the privilege of honoring our resident, Patti, with a Florence Nightingale tribute ceremony, retiring her WI nursing license number after 40+ years in the field. Patti provided care in OB-GYN, Pediatrics, ICU, Orthopedics and more. She expanded her knowledge and skill base further in occupational health, corrections, and US military support, as well. Patti was presented a white rose by fellow nurses at Preceptor Home Health, symbolizing their honor and appreciation for Patti’s dedication and service. Though her number is now retired, her care and legacy will live on through the lives she touched! 🫶🏥👩‍⚕️
