Dien Chan helps our bodies to release holding patterns, and tension in the face, neck, and head which can help open up all the energetic pathways between our body, and head. This will allow us to rest and settle more easily into our awareness in the abdomen and chest. Dien Chan helps to reconnect our body, which will open up the downward flow into our vagus nerve and encourage being fully present, connecting the mind, body, and spirit. Reflexology works whether its the feet, face, hands or a combination of them..with multiple sessions a wide variety of issues can be helped. You will be extremely relaxed and feeling calm with one, but if we want to work on some internal issues such as neuropathy of the feet, daily migraines or headaches, gastrointestinal problems, some back issues, pain in the body, perimenopause/menopause symptoms, sinuses, or general anxiety know that this may take multiple sessions. I have had clients tell me they have had relief from one session such as sinus issues or headaches.

I encourage all to watch this documentary about earthing. Although its hard to do in the winter here now spring is around the corner. The scientific evidence of earthing is amazing!!! If I can be barefoot I will be and always have been.
