π· March is Women's History Month, and all month long we'll be honoring women β past and present β who inspire the way we think about healing, wellness, and wholeness.
β¨ First up: Louise Hay, Pioneer of the Modern Self-Help Movement.
Before it was common to talk about the connection between mind and body, Louise Hay was already there β writing, teaching, and showing millions of people that healing begins with how we talk to ourselves.
Her 1976 book Heal Your Body was one of the first to explore how our thoughts and beliefs shape our physical wellbeing. She went on to publish You Can Heal Your Life, which has been translated into over 25 languages and reached more than 50 million readers worldwide. She founded Hay House Publishing, created support communities for people others had turned away from, and built a legacy rooted in self-love, compassion, and the belief that transformation is always possible.
Her philosophy β that changing our thoughts can change our lives β is woven into the foundation of what we do at Into the Woods Wellness every day.
This month, as we honor women who've shaped the way we think about healing, wellness, and wholeness, we want to hear from you, too!!
Who is a woman β local, in your life, or in history β who has influenced your own healing or leadership journey? Tag her, name her, or share her story in the comments.
