Have you listened to our Real Talk: Perimenopause & Menopause episode yet?!? 🎧

The team gets honest about their personal experiences β€” the things no one warned us about, the moments we wish someone had just said "hey, this is normal." (BHRT note – it doesn't have to be!!)

We also laugh. A lot. And somehow ended up reminiscing about the "Girl Talk" board game from the late '80s and '90s.… zit stickers and all.

This is the conversation we all need β€” and we're here to keep having them. No stigma. Just real talk.

Spotlight: Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes

Long before Into the Woods Wellness opened its doors, a group of women was already laying the groundwork for compassionate, whole-person care in Fond du Lac.

The Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes was founded in 1858 β€” and their impact on our community is hard to overstate. They brought modern healthcare to Fond du Lac, opening St. Agnes Hospital in 1896. They built schools. They founded what we now know as Marian University. They created programs for hospice care, addiction recovery, and support for survivors of abuse. They advocated for justice, peace, and dignity for all.

For 150+ years, these women have served our community with simplicity, hospitality, and an unwavering belief that every person deserves care.

That's a legacy worth honoring β€” not just during Women's History Month, but every day.

Thank you, CSA Sisters, for showing our community what it looks like when women lead with purpose, compassion, and heart.

Be Well. Be Still. Become.

Today is International WOMEN'S Day β€” a day to honor the women who show up, lift others, and quietly change the world around them. We're taking a moment to celebrate the ones who do exactly that at Into the Woods Wellness.

This team β€” nurses, therapists, coaches, healers, mentors, and makers β€” shows up every single day with heart, grit, and an unwavering belief that wellness should be accessible, shame-free, and rooted in real care.

Today and every day, we celebrate the strength, compassion, and authenticity that each of these women brings to this work and to each other.

Happy International Women's Day to our team, our community, and every woman on her own path to becoming.

Still stretching, popping ibuprofen, and hoping your back pain goes away on its own?

There's a better way β€” and it doesn't involve medication or surgery.

Foundation Training was created to address the root cause of chronic back pain through intentional movement and a breathing technique called Decompression Breathing that elongates the spine and creates space for healing.

Kelly Hall is a certified Foundation Training instructor right here at Into the Woods Wellness in Fond du Lac β€” and the only one within 70 miles. She offers private, one-on-one sessions tailored entirely to your body, plus group sessions for those who want to learn alongside others.

Your body was designed to move well. Let's help it remember how.

🌷 March is Women's History Month, and all month long we'll be honoring women β€” past and present β€” who inspire the way we think about healing, wellness, and wholeness.

✨ First up: Louise Hay, Pioneer of the Modern Self-Help Movement.

Before it was common to talk about the connection between mind and body, Louise Hay was already there β€” writing, teaching, and showing millions of people that healing begins with how we talk to ourselves.

Her 1976 book Heal Your Body was one of the first to explore how our thoughts and beliefs shape our physical wellbeing. She went on to publish You Can Heal Your Life, which has been translated into over 25 languages and reached more than 50 million readers worldwide. She founded Hay House Publishing, created support communities for people others had turned away from, and built a legacy rooted in self-love, compassion, and the belief that transformation is always possible.

Her philosophy β€” that changing our thoughts can change our lives β€” is woven into the foundation of what we do at Into the Woods Wellness every day.

This month, as we honor women who've shaped the way we think about healing, wellness, and wholeness, we want to hear from you, too!!

Who is a woman β€” local, in your life, or in history β€” who has influenced your own healing or leadership journey? Tag her, name her, or share her story in the comments.
